Daily PrEP is the most common way of taking PrEP. If you're getting regular action it's a great way to stay covered. It’s also great if you enjoy more spontaneous sex. You can take a tablet daily and know that you're protected 24/7.
Below is my guide for how to take daily PrEP.

getting started
Take 2 PrEP tablets between 2-24 hours before you have sex.
stay protected
1 pill per day, that's all you need to do. Whatever time, with or without food.

When you want to stop, take 1 pill the day after you last had sex, and a final pill the day after that.

When you want to stop, just keep taking for 28 days after you last had sex. You can keep having sex, but just make sure you're protected with condoms or UVL (undetectable viral load).
